Recently I loose 25kgs weight of my body.But it seems my hair becomes dry.
Daily I take sprouts & Nutrition food too.before weight lost my hair dense and growth in crown area is fine only.But now it's seems low dense and thinning.
1) is it because of my weight loss,Does weight loss cause hairfall,is it common?
2) I cut down rice and carbohydrates vastly,Even taking nutrition food..Hair is thinning in crown area.Does weight loss cause Hairfall and Hair thinning and shedding of hair

If u have not taken enough protein during your weight loss journey hair loss takes place.
But now u can make sure that u increase your protein intake and also have adequate water.
Try taking vit e supplement daily.
Also try using sesame oil ( 90 ml) and castor oil ( 10ml) mix and apply alternate days
If hair growth affecting it shows you might be facing protein and other vital deficiency. Sometimes weight loss leads to multivitamin deficiency. That must be the reason.
