Best is to consult the paediatrician of the hospital who examined the child at time of delivery. As per best of my knowledge 24 days old child do not require any medication as mother milk sometime irritate the pharynx leading to cough reflux. So just burp the child after feed and child should be ok. But to be on safer side consult a paediatrician
