  4. 2 yr old with neck bulge. It he cries.

My son. 2 yrs old woke with a fever early this am. Ive given him a rotation of tylenol and motrin which is controling the fever. I just noticed he has a hard bulging area directly below his right ear and cannot turn his head to the right very well. Also; when i push or touch it he cries.
