Nothing to worry. Kindly give only paracetamol as per his weight as of now. Watch for any breathing difficulty / fast breathing. If oral intake is poor or if he is having fever beyond 3-4 days or rash or poor consult, consult a pediatrician in a near by covid center.
Next Steps
Document temperature with thermometer. If temperature more than 100degFarenheit, to give paracetamol as per child's weight. There should be gap of atleast 6 hours between 2 doses of Paracetamol.
Health Tips
kindly post the weight of the child next time.

Hi. Check temperature. If more than 99 deg F then it is fever. Occasional sneezing and cough is normal

This requires only symptomatic treatment. Paracetol as per the weight can be given if fever is more than 100 F. U can give Allegra for excessive sneezing Give steam inhalation regularly. Give vit C ,vit D and zinc. Keep a watch for danger signs like very high fever or difficulty in breathing , refusal to eat or lethargy. Monitor oxygen saturation.if it decreases below 95% co shit offline in nearby cocid center.
