2 year 4 month child havingLoose motion

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My son is having loose motion from past 3 days. From yesterday his activities increased. He is taking too much of cows milk in night. Every 3 hrs he consumes around 180 to 200ml. Yesterday it was yellow now it is green. He is having loose motion two times a day. Morning usually green and night yellow. He is taking ragi mart , curd rice, dosa, rava dosa, cerelac and cow milk. No fever. It stared with vomitting and loose motion. Vomit stooped on first day. Kindly advise.

Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding,if used. Do NOT use cow's milk feeds,give packaged toned milk without mixing water. Give just TWO milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day,including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery. Add syp vizylac twice a day. If not improving in 3 days consult with your paediatrician.
