17 weeks is too big a pregnancy to have vomiting due to pregnancy. You should look for some other causes for vomiting. At present, get your blood sugar levels, electrolytes, urine for sugar, protein, ketone bodies. Get admitted to the hospital for a few days. May be change of place may help.
