16 weeks pregnant and silent reflux
Hi, I am 16 weeks pregnant and for the past 10 days have been facing reflux in throat (LPR) 1-2 hours after eating. I tried both mucaine and sucral on my doctor's reco but both didn't suit me as 5-6 hours after syrup I got upper abdominal pain due to gas trapping. Now she has recommended Pan D but I am reading mixed reviews on its safety to use during pregnancy. Is it ok to take Pan D?

Reflux is a common thing in pregnancy. Don't lie down immediately after taking food. You can walk for 30 min before lying down. Avoid spicy foods and oily food. Eat home made food. Avoid eating from outside. Yes. Pan D is safe in pregnancy.
