He is in normal range . No need to worry. Better to start with Aravindasava 1 teaspoon twice daily with equal quantity of water after food for the betterment
At 16 months, your babyâs height of 76 cm is within the normal range, but slower growth may be due to:
Possible Causes:
Nutritional Deficiency: Lack of calcium, protein, zinc, or vitamin D.
Family History: Genetics may influence height.
Chronic Illness: Conditions like malabsorption or hormonal imbalances.
Growth Variations: Some kids grow slower but catch up later.
Suggestions:
Diet:
Calcium & Vitamin D: Milk, yogurt, sunlight exposure.
Protein & Zinc: Eggs, lentils, nuts, spinach.
Include fruits and vegetables for vitamins.
Monitor: Track height/weight every 2â3 months.
Consult a Pediatrician: If growth remains slow, tests for deficiencies or hormones may be needed.
Many children have late growth spurts. Focus on nutrition and regular check-ups for steady progress.
Please visit paediatric specialist. Periodic assessment of kids are important. Hope all miles stones like walking, talking etc are ok. Better to visit directly and get a check up done for the kid
