15month old vomits and green stool

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My son is vomiting from yesterday and having loose green stool. We fed him with mother's milk and liquidised arrow root. Before this we fed him with cerelac stage 4, boiled apple and vegetables, cow milk and mother's milk. His tummy is bloating some time.
