Hi For proper Hypertension management the best way is to maintain BP CHARTING for 3 days atleast (note BP of morning and evening for 3 days). Continue Olmesartam but if after having Olmesartam BP is persistently high then I would advise to get video Consultantion so that I can recommend another parallel medications
