15 days old baby cries and less sleep

My 15 days old baby cries alot and her sleep is very less and in between sleep also sometimes she started crying... usually she uses to poop 6,7 times a day...but since yesterday night she pooped only 3 times and whole day she not yet pooped and she is farting .She spitted out milk 2 times a day..every time she lookes hungry...so I started giving formula 2 times a day...still she is crying...i can't understand any underlying problem... but she is urinating normally today... really helpless by not understanding the reason behind crying and less sleep.. another thing after urination sometimes she hiccups alot..she sucks breast then it goes
