Hello. One my uncle suggested homeopathy for my 13 days old baby suffering from a cold and little cough. Ars alb 200 and all cepa 200 to mix with mother's milk.

It is safe to use homoeopathy but at this age medicine should be given to mother and then it will reach to baby by mother's milk.
Also it is always a great practice to use one remedy at a time which is a basic principle of homoeopathy as adults can handle mixtures but it always a good practice to give 1 to infants
And if symptoms matches then potency can be given 200 also as we are not giving directly to baby we are giving to mother
