It's perfect. Diastolic is just in upper limit. Low salt diet, add walk. No medicine required.

Regular BP monitoring. Salt restricted diet. Avoid tea and coffee. About stress. Regular exercise and yoga.

This is normal bp so dont worry. You can repeat bp for 2-3 days Systolic above 140 is of concern.
