12 Weeks pregnant anf Anti TPO is > 600
Hi, I am 12 weeks pregnant. This is my first child after 3 years of marriage. I have thyroid issue early stages and taking up 50mcg tab. After confirmation and the first trimester test taken then TSH was high. So doc increased the dose to 75mcg. Yesterday took 12weeks ultrasound scan and anti tpo, TSH. TSH is normal 2.1 but Anti tpo is >600. Doc said this is nothing to worry. Keep continue 75mcg. But I am confused. Kindly let me know do this cause any issues to my inside baby?
