What are the symptoms of successful conception 12 days after ovulation? I'm on estrogen and Progesterone supplements this cycle.
I currently have zero symptoms. Normally by this time, if I've not conceived, I have cramps, fatigue, PMS, very heavy breast pain, etc.

Actually there are no symptoms of pregnancy. It is always the blood or urine test which is confirmatory.
You should wait for another week . You should get your beta HCG level done after a week and that will confirm your pregnancy.
All the symptoms are conjectures.
