12 days delayed period, now spotting

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am supposed to get my periods on 28th April but it was delayed by 12 days when I did home pregnancy test I was negative. But now from yesterday spotting has started. I went to c my doctor without checking anything she is saying that it is my periods only but I am very regular in my periods. Could you please help me if there is any chance of pregnancy
