11week pregnant and tsh is 6.047
I'm 11week pregnant.Doctor checked my thyroid at 11th week and it came out 6.047 tsh level.I have started medication today with dosage of 75mcg, I'm concerned about baby's brain and neurological development.I have read that thyroid should be tested in early first trimester and treatment should start early but in my case doc checked it at 11th week I.e almost at the end of first trimester As I missed treatment of thyroid till 11th week,is it possible that my baby's brain and neurological development was affected due to this delay? I'm worried.Could someone pls answer

What's done cannot be undone Ideally tsh levels should be checked 6 weeks before planning pregnancy n should be maintained less than 2.5 in the first trimester
