10m baby having cough and runny nose
My baby who just turned 10m is having runny nose and cough for past two days. The doctor we consulted has given antibiotics but am not sure if she really needs antibiotics at this age. And the other medicine suggested was Thermal S which is a combination medicine that is banned for children under 4 years. I am confused what to give my baby

If your child is not having any fever or any added sounds on auscultation after physical examination then just give coriminic drops 6drops thrice a day for 5days and keep putting nasoclear drops to prevent nasal congestion
