104 degree fever
She is facing fever 104 degree with quake, joint pain, vomiting, light stomach pain, loose motion,from morning.. She had taken medicine from medical store -paracetamol 500 mg,chloroquine,becasule, but no any relax yet now.. Kindly suggest what will be best her.. If any medicine possible please reply..

First what is the Weight and age of the patient . Second why are you giving chloroquine ? Are you suspecting Covid ? Then that is previous regimen .... Also go get an RT PCR done .... Kindly do tell weight and age for medication
