100Fever since 12th Feb
Having 100 fever, body ache, loss of appetite and water intake, urine color dark yellow, feeling cold at night or during daytime for sometime and them back to normal. Typhidot test & Malaria - Negative. CBC AND LFT report attached. Ultra sound whole abdomen: Spleen is enlarged in size 13.8 cm. RBC is 5.80 (range 4.5-5.5), MCV 80.8 (range 83-101), Platelet count is 189 (range 150-410), Bilirubin 0.6 (upto 1), ALT/SGPT is 256 (range < 40), AST/SGOT is 225 (<37). PUS Cells 6-8 (range 0-5), CASTS - GRANULAR+ (SHOULD BE NIL).
