Hi .. I m 10 week pregnant and I prefer vegetarian meals more ... I don't like non veg much .. what i can add in my diet to fulfil my daily protein requirement. Can I start taking  whey protein powder .

Take eggs . Egg had ideal protein.take dairy products, chickpea, nuts,legumes and so on. Protein powder is to fulfill requirements unmet through diet. Take protein powder but protein rich diet is also to be taken.
