10 months old baby,fever from last night
My kid is having fever from last night. Her temperature is 102 now. We consulted doctor and he has given calpol and zinc syrup, told to do rt-pcr after 24 hours. No one else in the house is having any symptoms. Can you please suggest what to do?

Looks some kind of infection, advice get her urine routine and culture if fever doesn’t subsides in next two days. Till that time please continue paracetamol every 4 hourly if temperature is more than 100, plenty of fluids and normal diet.
