Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

It's normal for this age - Colic But if the baby is feeling very much discomfort, try to burp him and keep him in prone position. You may try with colimex drops - 5 drops twice a day for 5 days. Give exclusive breastfeeding

This is as such normal, nothing to be done. There are 2 reflexes: acting reflex and stopping reflex. In infants, acting reflex is developed but stopping reflex is immature. So whenever they are doing any activity, straining would be more. It would feel like something is stuck but straining is due to lack of this stopping reflex.
