If i have Corona like symptoms not confirmed though and taking paracetamol for fever can I breastfeed my baby with all precautions or is covid can be transmitted via breast milk.

There is no evidence that breast milk transmit covid - so u can safely breast feed ur child 2. If possible until u are negetive/ or sure about covid status u can breastfeed wearing mask 3 moreover breast milk transfer antibodies to child which will protect the child from many diseases
