Covid infection in kids can present in a different manner than in adults. Usual symptoms include cough, fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, loose stools. Above 3 years, some child can complain of body ache and headache with tiredness and reduced appetite.
Next Steps
If she has worsening of cough and fever, please give paracetamol and cough suppressant. There is no particular medicine as such for covid. if it worsens, please show a doctor and do testing
