-ve Urine culture chronic epidymitis
I am 29 years old and have swelling in right epidymis and even prostate size is 28. Urine culture came negative. I was diagnosed with clamydia infection in 2017, inspite of antibiotics it took time for me to clear clamydia as last culture was reported negative. How can I get rid of epidymitis and reduce prostate size? Is it possible? Please note that there is no sexual contact since I was diagnosed with clamydia and gonorrhoea infection 3.5 years ago.
