Its been around 3 yrs. Situation majorly comes up in exam days when I have a book in front of me. Means only in high stress periods. I feel no discomforting pain. It has become almost an involuntary action. It ruins all my focus. I can't offord a psychologist/psychiatrist. What can be done?
