Supradyn contains both fat soluble and water-soluble vitamins, it's typically recommended to consume with a meal. This may enhance the absorption of certain nutrients while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal upset, which can otherwise occur when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach.It could be taken once daily .
Septylin being a herbal medicine ,needs time to show it's benifits.You could use it twice daily with or without food for at least one month to observe it's effects and then continue indefinitely as it has no side effects or any interaction.
