If there is pus below wisdom tooth, there is infection. Do warm saline gargle rinses.take analgesics and antibiotics as per consultation. Get xray of tooth.if there is enough space for eruption of tooth, wait till it erupts,or else, get it removed.

You can do warm saline rinses thrice a day. This will give you some relief. But you need to visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for your wisdom tooth. He/She will examine you clinically, take x rays and prescribe medications accordingly.

If there is pus or pain then there is infection so dowarm saline rinses 2-3times a day .consult with nearby dentist for medication.if u have X-ray than share so that we can prescribe medication as per need.
