Despite paying extremely high consultation charges at a premium private hospital, patients were left struggling in a chaotic, overcrowded, and unmanaged environment with almost no proper staff coordination. Dr. Harshvardhan welcomed us with a warm smile and examined my Mum's case were carefully. He explained to us in details the issue at hand and carefully guided us with a step-by-step process what needs to be done. We consulted Dr. Sneha Tirpude at Ruby Hall, and from the very first interaction, she took complete control of the situation with confidence and clarity.
