I got her recommendation through a friend. Was very troubled with hair fall and baldness and had tried varied treatment regimens - ayurveduc, homeopathic included but so far no results. After visiting Body Sutra clinic and thorough examination by Dr Vrushali Nikam few months back, there was a relief. She was empathetic about my problem. She listened to my problems patiently, understood the root of my problems, explained to me the basics behind my problems and gave me the customized solutions for my problems. Also got PRP done which was done in a very sanitary manner and absolutely following all the recommended covid protocols. I visited Dr. Vrushali at the Bodysutra Clinique for under eye dark circles. Maam explained the root cause of the issue and also different types of treatments available. Post discussion and seeing the past patient testimonials I decided to go with dermal fillers. I can say that the results were visible within a week of the procedure and my underage dark circles are almost gone. Would recommend Dr. Vrushali for this treatment.

I had taken the PRP package which costed me 30K for 6 sessions. *** ********* *** ******** ******** *** ****** *** ************ ***** ** ** ****** ******** 10 days later I had to move to some other city for professional reasons, hence, I asked for a refund for the remaining amount which was 24.5K. But they made me call them like 10 times just to get clarity on the refund process. Finally I went to the clinic to have a word with the doctor, there they started saying that they don't have any refund policy and stuff, ***** ** ******* ***** ** **** **** ****** ******** *** ********* ****** *** * ******* *** *** ************ **** *** **** *** * **** ******* ** *** ******** Considering the fact that I came on board with them just 10 days before they should have refunded my remaining amount. Somehow I was able to finagle 10k which was less than 50% of the remaining amount.

Doctor was very polite and explained everything clearly. Treatment worked well and clinic was clean. Waiting time was a bit long but overall good experience.

Satisfied with the treatment (subcision, microneedling) for the acne scars in the last three sessions. Will continue the treatment till the scars are fully removed.Thank you.

She took proper time, and diagnoed the issue. I like the friendly behaviour. And beat my perception about the online consultation it was a good one and I got what I want.

Absolutely rude doctor and staff.

I visited for laster treatment. The doctor asked staff who is a teenage girl to apply anesthesia on affected areas which she badly missed.
