I had a wedge fracture in my spine which had caused major deformities in my lumbar area as well. I was in devastating pain and could not stand for even 10minutes when i met with Dr Ruchika. She heard me out patiently without any hush, went into the deepest details of my medical reports and planned a huge set of diverse exercises for me. Her conduct, not only as a great physiotherapist but as a humble person who keeps motivating you during your tough times is what makes her stand apart from her contemporaries. Her therapy has improved me in many ways...in a matter of just 2 weeks my pain has gone down substantially, my posture has improved and i feel confident enough to do my chores and look after my family.
