I was going through a very toxic relationship for almost a year, and no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t come out of it.
She could have easily kept telling me that things could still be fixed just to continue the sessions, but instead, during the very first session, after patiently listening to both sides, she honestly advised me to walk away from the relationship.
