During the course of my pregnancy, I went there in the beginning just like any other patient - but soon as I got regular with my blood tests and ultrasound scans and now they have become like family. The staff is extra-polite and courteous. Always welcome me with a smile. Some days when I'm not able to visit them for a blood test, they send over their person to collect the samples from home. The female radiologist is very friendly and sweet. Most importantly she's a thorough professional and extremely knowledgeable in her ultrasound skills. *** **** *********** ** ******* ** **** For blood tests, I don't trust anyone else, apart from them, because I see the dedication with which Dr. Malhotra leads the entire team of staff there - all tests performed by her and under her supervision. She is more than welcoming to discuss the reports and results of the tests. They always give me full time and attention, and answer my queries (which can be silly at times as a lay person, when it comes to medical knowledge). I think the USP about this place is the calmness with which they go about their work routine and process. Despite the long patient queues they never rush through any test or ultrasound scan and give attention to small details.

It is very difficult to find a decent and reliable diagnostic centre in gurgaon. My 4 year old son was prescribed some blood tests by the paediatrician. I tried 4-5 labs before coming to malhotra diagnostics and all just refused to take the sample immediately on being told that its for a kid. This shows that there very few expert blood collection technicians for infants n children in gurgaon. Despite all the tantrums of my kid, the Malhotra Lab technicians took the sample successfuly.
