I am amazed at his patience in explaining to us atleast 4+ times the end to end process, he drew a sketch on a paper all 4 times and explained where the stone, how it may be removed thru medication, the dos and don'ts,etc. He is young, composed and extremely professional. He attended our calls and whats apps pre-surgery, post surgery during weekends and late nights when my husband was having severe pain.
