These drops doesn’t cause sleepiness in babies , 20 drops / day is approx 1ml , so it can be given 0.5ml twice a day or 1ml once a day. Newborns and in early infancy babies will sleep 18-20 hrs/ day and feed 8- 10 times per day which is absolutely normal.

babies in neonatal and early infancy sleep upto 18-20 hours a day and will only for feeds , if the baby is accepting feeds normally every 2-3 hours passing urine adequately, no reason to worry. sleepiness is not associated with these, 4 drops is roughly 0.25ml
