I've been experiencing major hair fall and i have low zinc levels,which are a few medicines available easily which I can take?

Do u have dandruff problem as well. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(A, B and C) 2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Scalp massage with essential oils.
