Young hypertensive
I am 21 and I have high bp. I have a subacute thyroidits condition. I had my bp elevated 2 year ago also. I also have high cortisol and high acth. Doctor tested low dose Dexa suppression test but it came negative. I have frequent urination, palpitations, excessive sweating. Please tell me what condition so I have?

You may be having secondary hypertension.As not much information about investigations and clinical findings are given,it's difficult to say what condition you may be having because both cortisol and ACTH levels are raised.endocrinologist and cardiologist consultation is required for the further treatment.
