So be a beginner or expert, one golden rule to follow any workout is warm up before and cool down after, like we do when we use a machine, also exercise should be graded and guide according to the level of strength, if u do in such a way, chances of getting an injury is Really less
Next Steps
U can take an online session to initiate the proper workout regime

You should do belly burner workout and Surya namaskar on alternate days to get best results.
One day should be your rest day in a week to recover your muscles.

Hello,
Any workout should be preceded by a good warm up programme.
Your warm up should include simple exercises like spot marching, standing calf stretch, hamstrings stretch and quads stretch.
Once u r comfortable with this programme,go for a more dynamic exercise such as surya namaskar.

Although belly burners are a nice workout routine but as you are a beginner you should not straight away proceed with them. Rather you should follow a custom made routine as per your body’s requirements and coping abilities. Furthermore, it should be complemented by a back strengthening regimen as well in order to maintain a balance between your abs and back muscles. Otherwise it may lead to injuries in the longer run.
