I have started noticing this spot since 2 weeks ago I don’t think it’s a callus but am not sure.

Hello.. Well it's quite possible that due to constant pressure such a lesion has appeared...It's also quite possible that it's a shoe bite or so..Due to I'll fitted shoes..I would suggest you to meet a doctor in person...Thank you
