Yellow patch on my breast having pain.

Firstly there was no patches I was just having pain for 2 months now the pain has extended till my shoulders and now I have seen the yellow patches on both the breasts Before the pain was on my left side of the breast and shoulder but now I'm having a little bit pain on the right side of breast.
