Yellow deposit on eye corner
My one day old new born baby having some yellow deposit on left eye corner after she wake up , is it normal or anything??

Kindly with your clean hands and clean cloth you have to remove that yellowish deposit from the corner of eye. If there is no swelling in the eyes and no read condition then kindly do not worry it is a normal phenomenon

It is normal in newborns. You can clean with wet cotton. If the pus is more and baby is unable to open eyes it is due to infection and need eye drops.
