Yellow color cough from nose and throat

Asked for Male, 3 Years

Child of 2years and 10 months having persistent cough from 5-6 days, yellow color cough coming out from nose, had light fever around 100 degree , 2 days back now no fever. Had a vomit early morning today while brushing teeth, cough come out from throat. Please suggest
