HELLO, ONE PER DAYAFTER FOOD , IF U TAKE IT TODAY AT 2 PM NEXT DAY TAKE AT 2.00 PM , 10 -15 MINU LATE OR EARLY IS OK. ITS A VERY MILD DRUG YET NO SUCH COMPLAINT IS NOTED. OK.
