Yeast infection or is it?
Last month i had a medical abortion with pills and i also took antibiotics(azithromycin) few days after abortion to prevent any infection. After few weeks i have a foul smell white discharge, itching on vagina and some small pimples here and there which come after i itch and go away . They(pimples)came only twice for 2 days . After 10 days of white discharge and itching i had pain while urinating .It has been 15 days since this is happening . In between i had a cold as well and a sore throat for which i again took antibiotics and some cold relieving medicines . My Questions are : 1. Do antibiotics cause yeast infection if taken right after abortion? 2. Is yeast infection normal coz i have had never this before ? 3. Is this a symptom of recent hiv infection?which google says it may be. Please advice what should i do !

Yes,repeated antibiotics without vitamin tabs can cause yeast infection. This is a type of fungal infection known as vaginal candidiasis. I think u should go to a gynecologist nvtake treatment. This is not hiv infection but it can be associated with hiv because of decreased immunity
