Year post full hysterectomy, bumps near

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had a hysterectomy a year ago, full subtotal. Swabs were fine with no abnormal results. But Im transgender and elected to have it. A month ago I found a small bump near the scar in the region the cervice was. Theres now 3 about .5cm in diameter. No idea if I should be worried or not. No pain just hard bumps and no other issues.
