Yasmin 3 days pill skipped in week 3

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I fell sick due to stomach infection and ended up puking one pill (within 4 hours of taking it) which I took the next day,but then I missed that day pill too and the next 2 days also. So I have missed 3 pills. What do I do. Do I have my period and start it from the 5th day or start immediately? (I don't want spotting either)
