I am on Anti TB medication from last 115 days. 2 days back blood came with cough and my doctor suggested to do a X ray. I am attaching X ray film. Can anyone please check if anything serious in X ray?

Pl continue the Anti Tb treatment. Pl do sputum for afb,and cb nat test. Pl take Tab ethamsylate 500mg, 1tab morning and 1tab night for 3days. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
