Wrist swelling ankle swelling nerve pain

Hi, i am having pain on my right wrist and swelling is there and at my left ankle also since 4-5 months , i was pregnant my gynae told its due to pregnancy but now i delivered and still it is at night pain become more high, i can't able to lift a bottle and having back pain at below neck and shoulders , when i sleep at any position my pain starts and be whole day & night at shoulder & below neck ... please suggest me to which doctor i should treat myself and what this problem called?
