Wrist pain
Hello. While doing pushups / surya namaskar, i get a lot of pain in my right wrist. The pain sometimes happens while using the computer too. Haven't noticed the pain while doing weights in the gym though this might change. Is this pain normal? Can I self diagnose myself to treat this pain?

Hello There, I can understand your concern, If you are a doctor then i would really encourage you to go ahead and diagnose yourself, but if you are not, i wouldn't suggest doing experiments on your self. this could be carpel tunnel syndrome, kindly get a X-ray done and consult a orthopedician for further management. take a pain killer like tab. aceclofenac 100mg till then. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar Jain

Hi. Self diagnosis is a bad idea. As per the symptoms you've mentioned, the condition may be Repetitive Stress Injury in form of CTS. Use Mahavishagarbha taila. Warm it and pour it over the place where you feel maximum pain. If the condition does not improve after 3 days consult once in nearby Ayurveda centre.
